pool house hostel felt like home. hosts julio and kathi made us feel like family and went above and beyond to help us with our trip planning. clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a great common area. the tours they offer to the volcano and nearby places were fantastic. highly recommended!

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They picked us up from a random neighborhood when we got lost and even gave us rides to local attractions. The property design was charming and the double bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the complimentary coffee and tea were delicious. The location was great, with fantastic restaurants nearby. We felt so welcome here and would highly recommend staying at this lovely property. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it.

The owner, Adriana, was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She even helped me rent a car and gave great recommendations for local food spots. The free coffee in the morning was a nice touch, too. it felt more like a homestay with friends than a hostel. I highly recommend staying here!

The rooms were extremely hot, with no proper ventilation making it difficult to stay inside during the day. Additionally, the location was a bit far from the center and bus terminal, requiring a bus ride to get there.
